At House of Beez, we aim to provide a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery. Please read our shipping and returns policy below.


Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


2. Delivery Time

New Zealand Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

International Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Please note: delivery times may vary due to courier delays or customs processing.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected promotions or order values


4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping details are correct.

House of Beez is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and photos (if damaged)

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are included
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


3. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the item is faulty or incorrect

We will provide return instructions.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account


6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes
  • Faulty or damaged items
